In Vietnam, continual learning is ensured through the use of video conferencing applications. Video conferencing is a teaching tool that is used to facilitate communication and engagement between professors and students during an epidemic. The study employs a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) to ascertain the elements that influenced the adoption of video conferencing for online training in Vietnam during the COVID-19 pandemic. A survey of 203 instructors who have used video conferencing for instruction during the COVID-19 epidemic was conducted and evaluated using a structural equation model (SEM). The results indicate that significant elements influencing the use of video conferencing for teaching during Covid-19 include effort expectancy, habit, hedonic motivation, and behavioral intention to use, which together account for 59 percent of video conferencing for teaching usage (R<sup>2</sup>=0.59).</p>}, number={5}, journal={AsiaCALL Online Journal}, author={Nguyen, Thanh Khuong and Nguyen, Thi Hong Tham}, year={2021}, month={Sep.}, pages={1-16} }
