Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The copyright of all articles published in these proceedings remains with the Authors, i.e., Authors retain full ownership of their article. Permitted third-party reuse of the open-access articles is defined by the applicable Creative Commons (CC) end-user license, which the Authors accept upon submission of their paper. All articles in these proceedings are published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, meaning that end users can freely share an article (i.e., copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt it (i.e., remix, transform and build upon the material) on the condition that proper attribution is given (i.e., appropriate credit, a link to the applicable license and an indication if any changes were made; all in such a way that does not suggest that the licensor endorses the user or the use) and the material is only used for non-commercial purposes.
