Associate Professor Dr. Saadiyah Darus, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.
Associate Professor Dr. Saadiyah Darus has 20 years of experience in teaching and research at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and currently supervises 12 PhD candidates in English Language Studies. She has also examined Ph.D theses from Australia. Currently she is the Editor-in-chief of Akademika Journal of Southeast Asia Social Sciences and Humanities. Under her leadership as the Editor-in-chief of GEMA Online Journal of Language Studies from 2006-2012, the journal was successfully indexed in Scopus in 2009. She is also a regular reviewer for Computers & Education (Q1 journal published by Elsevier) from 2008 until present, and a reviewer for PERTANIKA Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities. She was also invited as a keynote and panel speaker at AsiaCALL in 2012 and 2008.
Professor Dr. Kuo Feng-lan, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan.
Professor Kuo, Feng-lan received her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. She is currently a professor in the Graduate Institute of Children’s English and Department of English at National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan. Previously, she was Director of Graduate Institute of Children’s English at the same university. She has been a keynote speaker on topics related to early literacy at several national conferences. Her research interests mainly include early literacy and computer-assisted English teaching and learning.
Professor Dr. Wuri Soedjatmiko, Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala, Indonesia.
Professor Wuri Soedjatmiko is professor at the English Education Department, Graduate School, Widya Mandala Catholic University, Surabaya, Indonesia. She was Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs for two terms (1996 - 2004) and Director of the Graduate School for two terms (2004 - 2012). She is now the Editor-in-Chief of Beyond Words Online Journal. Her research interests are in pragmatics, writing and the use of ICT in the learning-teaching process.
Professor Emeritus Dr. Roland D. Sussex, OAM, University of Queensland, Australia.
Professor Roland (Roly) Sussex "retired" from the University of Queensland as Professor of Applied Language Studies in 2010. He is currently research fellow in the Institute for Teaching and Learning Innovation, and the School of Languages and Comparative Cultural Studies, at the University of Queensland. He was Chair of the Library Board of Queensland from 2009 to 2014, and is now Deputy Chair. He has been President of the Alliance Française of Brisbane since 2010. He is well known as a radio broadcaster and newspaper columnist on questions of language. His current research is located in the triangle between language, culture and society, and technology. He is co-chief investigator in the PainLang Research Group at the University of Queensland, which is investigating the use of language in the diagnosis, treatment and management of pain (http://www.uq.edu.au/painlang/). He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2012.
Associate Professor Dr. Chatchai Trakulrungsi, Rangsit University, Thailand. Associate Professor Trakulrungsi, Chatchai received his Ph.D. degree in Anatomy from Mahidol University, Thailand. He received his post-doctoral training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, USA. He is currently Assistant to the President of Rangsit University for Academic Affairs and the Head of the Governing Board for the Master of Arts Program in Teaching Science in the Faculty of Education, Rangsit University, Thailand. He is also currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Rangsit Journal of Arts and Sciences (RJAS). Previously, he was twice, in 1995-1999 and 2003-2009, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Rangsit University, Thailand. He was one of the keynote speakers at an AsiaCALL keynote panel session on February 9, 2012 in Bangkok. The subject of the panel discussion was: Technology in Education and Language Education: Thailand in Focus.
